I saw a program on TV. about Maca and where it came from in Peru. It was interesting so I decided to get some for my husband. My husband has had a serious case of psoriasis for over 12 years. Though we've tried many different treatments none have been able to completely clear the condition. He started to take the Maca and at the beginning he felt he got a much better sleep at night. He's been taking it for about a month and we've noticed that his psoriasis has cleared up to a greater degree than previously. We're using Maca in conjunction with his regular treatment. The rate of clearing we're witnessing we suspect it's the Maca because this treatment has never been able to clear his psoriasis to the extent it is now. If anyone has had a similar experience I'd love to hear about it.

I just wanted to tell you, we ordered your little sampler of maca root. I have only taken it twice now and I feel so much better I could just cry for not having taken it before now! My mind is alert and I've been so active all day you'd think I was on caffeine or something. So far no crash from wearing off or anything.

I will also be ingesting Maca every other day for the first 2 weeks as you said, and then change the schedule to avoid getting my body used to its properties. Yes, Maca did work for my wife. As I see it, it stimulates the hypothalamus which helps her with menopausal symptoms, and by working directly on the brain it is also a great adaptogen. I just wish she had told me about this great product sooner. As a Doctor, I can tell you that this Maca will be a major hit in years to come. I will let you know as soon as I try with my patients.
