I saw a program on TV. about Maca and where it came from in Peru. It was interesting so I decided to get some for my husband. My husband has had a serious case of psoriasis for over 12 years. Though we've tried many different treatments none have been able to completely clear the condition. He started to take the Maca and at the beginning he felt he got a much better sleep at night. He's been taking it for about a month and we've noticed that his psoriasis has cleared up to a greater degree than previously. We're using Maca in conjunction with his regular treatment. The rate of clearing we're witnessing we suspect it's the Maca because this treatment has never been able to clear his psoriasis to the extent it is now. If anyone has had a similar experience I'd love to hear about it.

Peruvian-Maca was the least expensive, most convenient and easist to use of all the websites purporting to sell capusles of the Maca root.
For me it worked.

My husband and I have been buying Maca for over 1/2 a year now and love it! We originally bought it to restore fertility being I am 47, he is 44, and we'd love to have one more child. I purchased the Maca tablets from Peruvian-Maca.com first time in October 2003 mainly for my wife but I also took few tablets a day. Three months later we learned that my wife was expecting a baby. In October of last year almost exactly a year after we started to take Maca my wife gave birth to our wonderful and perfectly healthy daughter.     I have been using Maca for about a month and a half now. I had done much research prior to my purchase and just happen to stumble into Peruvian-maca.com. My testicles had been injured due to a sporting accident and felt that my sperm count was low. My sex-drive was nearly nonexistence. I read a human study that found maca had a balancing effect on hormones and increased sperm count by an average of 200%!

    It’s been a month and a half and my sex drive has been rejuvenated, taking Maca helps me combat stress and gives me an extra strength and endurance boost during my workouts. This product is truly remarkable! Furthermore, I noticed that after intimacy, my recovery time has been drastically shortened; when before it would take at least 45 minutes to an hour to recharge, I find myself wanting to go at it again after 15 minutes.

    On my workout days I take about a teaspoon of maca in the morning followed by half a teaspoon mid-afternoon. I find this lasts me all day. On rest days, I usually take 3 grams throughout the day. I take a couple days off a week from Maca. I also heard that it’s good to cycle your intakes, taking it for 2 months on and then having a 2-4 week rest period.
