Is Maca safe for Teenagers

Hello, My name is Jennifer, I've been taking Maca for the past 4 months with more than expected results. I've suffered from facial acne all my life and Maca has unexpectedly been helping. I wonder if it is safe to give to teenagers for the same problem.

I have been giving my teenagers Maca for about 9 months, I also wondered if it was good for them at the beginning, it has proven to be an excellent product for the whole family. We actually gave it to our kids because the suffered from severe PMS pain and irregularity, but it hasn't only helped with that problem but also helped with their acne (which is what made my girls be very disciplined about taking their maca daily).
