If you refer to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Maca could help. Maca works on most problems that are related to hormonal disbalances, or the endocrine system in general. Also, researchers and doctors claim that the product strengths and improves a person's reproductive organs. What's more, maca is a product rich in nutrients and vitamins, which works good for women seeking to conceive as it helps them get their bodies strong and healthy for conception.

Default Using Maca

Hi,
I was wondering if it's ok to use Maca while menstruating??? or is it recommended to stop for a couple days?

I am very irregular on my periods and I had been using it for a little over a month, but was only taking 2/ 500mg capsules. I still haven't had my period.. Any opinions on what I should do? Should I just continue, increase my dosage....???

I'm lost... thanks for your help!
